Old Mission dentistry has been serving the Old Mission Peninsula and the greater Grand Traverse area for over 10 years. We are located on the beautiful Old Mission Peninsula about 10 miles north of Traverse City. We have a wonderful log cabin setting with a pretty view of the peninsula. The practice was started in 1991 and with its' current owner, Dr. Fred D. Stoye Jr., serves a close knit community of orchards, farms and homes. We will see you at your appointed time since we believe your time as ours. If you would like to save some time, we can send or download ( click here to download ) our New Patient Information and you may do one of the following: - Fax the paperwork prior to your appointment (231)223-9205
- Print your information if you prefer, bring it in with you for your appointment or
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and we will assist you in filling out the necessary forms.
We work with most dental insurance plans, with the exception of Medicaid and Medicare. Review the information on the Dental Insurance section for any further questions.
We understand that your are probably coming from another office and may have had x-rays that were taken within the last year, we ask that you request these be sent to you and bring them with you to your appointment. X-rays may need to be retaken but we will explain what will needed for your specific situation at your appointment.
Please call the office if you require a pre-medication prior to your appointment. This might be necessary if you have a heart murmur or mitral valve prolapse or if you have had a prosthetic joint replacement. If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
